Two hundred US dollars, or ₹15,000, sponsors one complete corneal transplant: the operation, the donated cornea and the medicines afterward. The patient is charged nothing at any stage.

What your money does not pay for
Surgeons at the partner hospitals operate free of charge, and Guru Ka Langar Eye Hospital runs a “no cash counter” where treatment and medicines are given without payment. Donations go to the cost of the transplant itself, not to overhead.
